Dance to the Death by Shirley Ballas

Equipment used:
* 4mm crochet hook
* Purple, Gold and Navy Yarn 


This is the second Shirley Ballas and baed around the same characters and the same series, I was not 100% sure of the Shirley Ballas, but I think that is more me than the book. It was a cozy thriller and had other storylines, other just the death it was

This is the first book in the Legends and Lattes series and I am so happy as they have just announced a third book... It is all based around Viv who is opening a coffee shop in a place where no one knows what coffee is... cue the intrigue.

* Black, Red and Yellow


This book was amazing - it was a recommendation that I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as I am not normally into books that are based around the war. This book was based on the Vietnam War and follows Frances McGrath who is a nurse. There were many twist

Orbital by Samantha Harvey

Equipment used:
* 4mm crochet hook
* Red, Blue, Yellow, Black and Turquoise 


This book was not my normal genre, but I felt that I wanted to read it as it looked interesting and it won the Man Booker Prize. It was a very interesting book which surrounding astronauts who were on a mission and how they spend their daily

Diddly Squat: Home to Roost by Jeremy Clarkson

Equipment used:
* 4mm crochet hook
* light brown, light green, green, white and Light Blue


These books are a compilation of the newspaper columns that Clarkson wrote for The Times while he was setting up the farm and they are closely related to the TV series Clarkson's Farm which I have enjoyed equally as much. 



The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan

Equipment used:
* 4mm crochet hook
* Blue, Yellow, Navy and Green


This is the first book in the bookshop series and it is based around a failing bookshop in Scotland. when Carmen loses her job in a department store she goes to help the failing bookshop using her love of books and finds love along the way. 

A Leap of Faith for the Cornish Midwife by Jo Bartlett

Equipment used:
* 4mm crochet hook
* Yellow, pink, light Blue and White


I have listened to these books through Everard as I find them easy listening. These are kind of like my Duvet Day of reading as I know I will grow to love the characters and the storylines. As the books go along we meet more characters.

A Surprise Arrival for the Cornish Midwife by Jo Bartlett

* Mid Blue, Yellow, Pink and Green
